ABC CoLAB (Collaborative Laboratory, Integrated Ageing and Rejuvenation Solutions) is a triple helix innovation ecosystem with 12 partners: Algarve Biomedical Center, ISCTE (DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte and the Associate Laboratory SocioDigital Lab for Public Policy), University of Algarve (including ABC-RI, CeFAGE and CinTurs), ICNAS-Pharma, Sea4Us, Vodafone, Algardata, Garvetur, PremiValor Consulting, Municipality of Albufeira, Municipality of Loulé and IPST.
ABC CoLAB main goal is to address and integrate the different dimensions of ageing through a holistic approach while fostering knowledge and technology transfer to society and target markets.
Our strategy is centered on priority areas with high societal and economic impact by delivering innovative products and services, while creating a unique hub for research and innovation in the ageing field. For that we focus on 4 main pillars: Health and Biomedicine, Social Sciences, Technology and Health and Wellness Tourism.

Executive and Innovation Director (CEO/CIO)
ABC CoLAB is looking 1 Executive and Innovation Director (CEO/CIO), with the funding support of Algarve Regional Program 2030 and European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
The CEO/CIO will be responsible for developing and proposing the strategic vision of ABC CoLAB to the Board and ensuring its implementation and operationalization, ensuring the institution’s sustainability.

Laboratory Technician (Biomedicine)
ABC CoLAB is looking for 1 Laboratory Technician in the field of Biomedicine, with the funding support of Algarve 2030 Regional Program and European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
The technician will participate in experimental procedures, research tasks, or others associated with the successful development of ongoing projects, products, and/or services.
